Returns and Exchanges

1. The Terms of the Return:

1.1. “Watch World” Product Return Policy gives you the opportunity to return your purchased product within 5 calendar days by following the rules below:

 

2. The Return Rule and Exceptional Terms

2.1. If you want to return the product, please contact the information center of Chronograph.ge in advance and inform about the return of the product;

2.2. To initiate the process, you need to provide us with the identifiable data of the returned product, the order number, the order date, the order receipt date and reason for return (it may become necessary to upload the product / payment document / photo and send it to our e-mail address: info@chronograph.ge )

2.3. The product return policy is valid for 5 calendar days after receiving the product.

2.4. If the product and/or the accompanying parts/documents of the product have any changes, “Watch World” reserves the right to question its authenticity and, consequently, to suspend the product return procedure until the examination and diagnostic work, which may last no more than 10 working days. Based on the results of the examination and diagnostic, the Company is authorized to continue or terminate the procedure for returning / changing the product (s).

2.5. “Watch World” shall provide the return (shipment) of the product through its own and / or transport service subcontractor, no later than 5 working days after the request is placed.

2.6. Upon the return of the product, the product must be accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents handed over at the time of the purchase (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet, etc.).

2.7. The return of the product under these rules is possible, if:

2.7.1. The product does not match the order or the technical specifications placed on the website;

2.7.2. The product has a factory defect;

2.7.3. The product has been damaged when shipped;

2.7.4. The agreed delivery time was violated by us;

 

2.8. The return of the product is possible independently of the above conditions if:

2.8.1. The factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged or;

2.8.2. If the factory packaging of the product has been opened and the examination has established that the product to be returned by the customer has retained all the functional features and no visual defects are observed;

2.8.3. If the factory packaging of the product has been damaged and/or the diagnostic determined that the product to be returned by the customer has retained all the functional features, however, there is a visual defect (s) that is not caused by the customer.

 

3.    The Compensation Rule:

3.1. In case of the return of the product purchased by the customer, “Watch World” undertakes to compensate the customer for the amount paid for the product:

3.1.1. 100% - if the factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged and is accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents handed over at the time of the purchase (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet, etc.);

3.1.2. 100% - if the product has a factory defect or the product does not match the order and / or the technical specifications placed on the website or the product has been damaged when shipped and is accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet and other).

3.1.3. Up to 90-100% - if the factory packaging of the product has been opened and the diagnostic shows that the product to be returned by the customer has retained all the functional features and no visual defects are observed, as well as is accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents handed over at the time of purchase (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet, etc.)

3.1.5. If the examination reveals that the product to be returned by the customer has not retained all the functional and / or visual features and / or is not accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents handed over at the time of purchase (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet, etc.), the company is entitled to reserve the right not to return the product and therefore, not to compensate for the cost of the product.

3.2. The refund is possible only by non-cash payment through the transfer to the bank account owned by the purchaser / customer.

3.3. “Watch World” shall compensate the customer for the cost of the purchased product, in accordance with the rules and in the amount established by this Article, within 15 working days.

 

4.   The Rules for the reimbursement of the shipment services:

4.1. “Watch World” shall reimburse the cost of the shipment service upon the return of the product by the customer, if:

4.2. In all other cases, the cost of the shipment service shall be reimbursed by the customer.

 

  1. The product return procedure:

5.1. Provided that the return is initiated immediately upon the delivery by the customer, the case shall be recorded in the information center and the courier shall be given the confirmation of the return of the product;

5.2. Within 5 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer can request the return of the product;

5.3. If the customer wishes to return the product within 5 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer shall ensure the return of the product to the company within 10 calendar days after the receipt of the product. During this period, the customer must ensure the safety of this product. The customer must not use and / or violate the product’s appearance, otherwise the company reserves the right not to return / replace the relevant product.

5.4. If the desire to return the product registered by the customer within 5 calendar days after the receipt of the product is caused by the defect of the received item (it has a visual / factory defect or does not correspond to the order and / or the characteristics of the product placed on Chronograph.ge), we shall return the product within 10 calendar days under this Return Policy.

5.5. In case of a factory defect observed within 5 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer must act in accordance with the relevant warranty conditions (if any).
